Would be interested to see a TR here after you stay there with your impressions, as I am considering a visit next trip. Who knows though whether they already have their hosts hired/trained/sorted for this new yet-to-open property or not. Station Casinos is adding its seventh property to the Las Vegas market with the debut of Durango Casino & Resort. AJ Uriarte, director of hotel operations, addresses media in the lobby during a tour of Durango Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, Monday, Dec. Or, worst case, I guess you could always just call or email Stations head office, which is in Las Vegas anyway, and ask them if they can connect you to a Durango host or pass through your request. Alternatively, you could ask your Palace Station host to get you connected to a host over at Durango. Durango Casino and Resort, a 15-story complex on 71.
Obviously, each to their own in terms of how to approach this, but I would probably just book a stay and then speak with a host once you are there on property and see what costs they will back-waive you for that first visit, whilst remembering that obviously Durango will be a more expensive property than Palace Station, also with higher expectations on the gambling front, to earn similar levels of comps. Several Las Vegas casinos have changed hands or rebranded in recent months, but Fontainebleau and Durango were built from the ground up. I'm only Platinum level with Stations, but I know that the level you are indicating you are (President level) does automatically include a host.
